We spent two nights in a row enjoying the food they served over there. The waiter even recognized us on the second nite. We got great food and service. The price was okay and you can pay by credit card.
A really pleasant place to eat. Clean and hygienic with excellent service. The food is delicious too. We had the buff momos for starters, which were the bed we had in Kathmandu.
I have visited the Rosemary a few times during my stay in Kathmandu and they are definitely one of the best in Thamel.
